浅埋深半煤岩回采巷道锚杆支护参数优化

摘要: 以常兴煤业5#煤层为对象,采用数值模拟和井下试验的手法,对浅埋深半煤岩回采巷道锚杆支护参数优化问题进行研究。采用有限差分程序FLAC3D对比分析三种不同支护方案的支护效果,确定出合理的支护参数。研究表明:提高锚杆预应力可降低锚杆支护密度;对于常兴煤业浅埋深半煤岩回采巷道,当锚杆预紧力达到杆体屈服载荷的30%~50%,锚杆间排距可由0.8~1.0m增大到1.0~1.2m。井下试验表明:锚杆间排距设为1.2m是合理的,能保证巷道安全。

Abstract: Based on No.5 coal seam of Changxing coal, the parameters optimization of bolting in mining coal-rock roadway under shallow overburden have been studied by using numerical simulation and underground test. The supporting effect of three different programs have been contrastively analyzed by FLAC3D, and a reasonable bolting row & line space was determined. The research show that: bolt density can be reduced by increasing bolting pretensioned stress; when the pretensioned stress is 30~50% of bolt yield stress, the bolting row & line space can increase from 0.8~1.0m to 1.0~1.2m for the mining coal-rock roadway under shallow overburden. Underground test show that:a value of 1.2m is reasonable for the bolting row & line space in Changxing coal, and it can guarantee roadway safety.
